Just bought a Nexus 7, & am about to buy a P3A. I wonder if there's any value/use in buying a larger memory card for either/both?

You can't put a memory card in a Nexus 7, so that doesn't matter. The P3A says it supports up to 64GB and if you don't already have one that big, you should definitely get one.
