Broke phone holder

Got my brand new Phantom 4 and the first time I expanded the phone holder, it broke. Now it won't tighten down at all. It's always at the max. Anyone else have this problem? Is there some trick to make it work or is mine just broke? Thanks!

Actually it will push down but as soon as you let go it rises back to the max width.

Have the same problem, and it's only a week into use... Bad design of the spring inside... You just gotta flick the top part of that switch... Quite annoying.
