Best frame rate?

Hi friends. I use to take video in 1K. What fps do you sugest i use in this mode?. Thanks!

I believe FPS has more to do with being able to do slow motion than anything else. 24 and 30fps are standard. If I intend to do slo mo then I run at 60fps. If I intended to do very slo mo I might run at 120fps. Otherwise, 30fps for regular speed playback.
