My friends and I are visiting Lisbon this week-end and I was wondering if I would take my P4P with me. Does anyone know the laws about droning in Portugal and especially in Lisbon.
Thx for your help guys.
Created a quick 1 min of the Quinta do Pisão, near Sintra, in Portugal, leveraging the mysterious tone of the Stranger Things TV series soundtrack. Felt the soundtrack accentuated the mysterious feel of this place in a a very cloudy and rainy day.
Shot with a DJI Phantom 3 Standard and edited...
I'm experimenting with mixing aerial footage from my DJI Phantom 3 Standard and my other cameras (GoPro and a Canon DSLR).
I've also been wanting to include more people in my shots and this is my first experiment doing so. Let me know what you think, open to constructive comments !
Went flying a few days ago to keep practicing my flying skills. Halfway through the video, almost by luck, I was able to pull a 180º tracking shot of a few vehicles that I think ended-up pretty nice.
What do you think ?
Next I need to start working with manual exposure !
Thanks for watching !
I went out a few days ago to hike at a local hiking path near a mysterious beach and misty cliffs.
I took the opportunity to fly a bit over the cliffs and experiment with a bit of a cinematic feel to the edit. Certainly had fun doing this :)
Constructive comments are welcome !
I've been shooting some great footage on the island of Madeira (Portugal) lately. I just had to add the Jurassic Park soundtrack to the video. Have a look at the video to see why ;)
Shot with the DJI P3P with a PolarPro polarizer filter. Edited in iMovie.
After more than a week with non-stop rain, I was finally able to get out and fly the drone again.
This was shot during a quick practice flight at the end of the day. This is also the flight I went farther away and higher with the drone.
I noticed that the average view time of youtube videos is...
This was my 3rd flight with the DJI Phantom 3 Standard. Woke up early in the morning to catch the sunrise, continue practicing my flying skills at an empty beach and taking advantage of the light to capture some different views of this location.
Decided to go out this weekend and try out a combination of aerial / drone shots with my DJI Phantom 3 Standard and my Canon DSLR to create a simple and short video.
I like all those videos out there with beautiful scenery, but have been looking at using the drone as a complement to my DSLR...
This weekend I crashed my P3P for the first time... and almost broke the arm... but still working after some "hot" bending...
Hope you like the video that I did (before hitting the tree)... Yes, it was human error...
