    Phantom 4 pro+ no sound in videos

    Hello guys My new phantom 4 pro+ is not recording sounds in my videos. Please help me immediately.

    no video sound after exporting to pc (windows)

    i used DJI GO to create video (in my ipad) and add on music into it. It plays great video with beautiful sound in my ipad. However, when i export to my pc (windows). There is no sound at all, it only plays video. Anyone knows what's wrong is it?
