Thank you, and I agree with you. I answered in the thread - hope they allow it. Will be happy to discuss this further

Do you have video examples you can direct me to that were shot with your ND's? As I said this is the most practical and logical way to do an ND on the Phantom but I'd really like see them in action for myself. Hope you understand. Thanks for your time.

I understand and when I get a video prepared I will upload it. So far I don't have any videos uploaded. Looking at stills will not show too much as the camera adjusts for the lower light. It is a subtle effect and it would take a "before and after" to really appreciate it and I've not produced that yet :)

I will likely be a few weeks before I get around to that on my to-do list. I am aware I should illustrate it better but so far I would direct you to any other video that illustrates the effect of ND-filters. It will be very close to that. There might be some of the video post-production (color grading) that I would change a little bit when using an ND-filter compared to not using one.

The video-example (in the Snakeriver-thread, if I recall correctly?) is highly produced so the very saturated colors etc. are not really down to the ND-filter. Optimally I should do a side-by-side, but I only have one Phantom 3 Pro ;) I'll figure out something - but can't promise you any video demos just yet. :)

...I wouldn't mind if you mention www.PhantomFilters.com in the thread where you discuss the other heavier ND-filters as a possible alternative ;) I don't want to make myself unpopular by 'advertising' too heavily - I know how annoying that can be myself :)

Better yet...I could offer the same arrangement I've offered Polar Pro and Snake River Prototyping.

Send me a set and If I like them I'll edit a promo piece showing off your product. You can download the HD file to do as you wish with full credits on the ending supers.

Seeing is believing. And as of right now you've got the only realistic ND option if the optics are clean. A few weeks ago Polar Pro claimed their filters wouldn't need counter balancing. I don't think they lied about it. I just don't think they really thought it through.

Regardless of whatever you'd like to do. I'll be more than happy to mention you... as I believe your route may be the best and only ND solution for the P3. I may end up buying a set from you anyway.
