Found original oem parts on Amazon. $73 delivered. Aug 3. Fingers crossed. Might still have the dealer do the job. Dealer did not have parts and said were hard to find but I had no trouble.

OK !! That fixed it. Really appreciate your help. A shame this happens to start with and further shame on DJI that we have to depend on ourselves for these fixes when their own sites ought to have this information. Perhaps I looked in the wrong places on DJI, but I couldn't find one. Again...

No. It is not responding to anything. Just hangs there like it isn't on - but clearly there is power to the camera.

I was afraid this would happen. I have a P2 with the H3-3D gimbal. After installing the 3.08 upgrade and all the other ones, my gimbal is no longer functioning. I'll bet I'm not the first to have this problem. Appreciate advice from anyone who knows how to fix it. Thanks, John Gaither

The new MC did not solve the problem. On the second flight, the problem came back. I then purchased a second P2 from my dealer. I updated all the firmware and flew it. Same problem. I am preparing to connect the transmitter to Assistant and update that firmware as well. I'm lost and confused...

I'm having the same problem. Tried many things, no resolution yet. Doesn't appear to be battery related. Even tried a new MC ($229 part). No help.
