Once you’re past 6 months they won’t help. I’m just barely past.

It’s absolutely a known issue with those springs. The crack is right on top of them. DJI won’t do anything to correct the problem, they’ll just tell you to return it if under warranty otherwise go buy a new battery. This battery had zero abuse.

Turned out that one of the antenna wires was disconnected inside the rc, everything works as it should now. Thanks for the help!

Thanks. Looks like there’s plenty of how to videos out there on antenna replacements so I’ll open it up and take a look. I guess worst case is a DJI repair, looks to be $69 plus parts...not bad.
