Sorry it's taken so long to give you an update.the USB connector was replaced by dji and alls well.must have died during the upgrade

Dji would like me to return the controller so I'll keep you updated

I've never had an issue before with updates and the pros been solid for a year

I've tried Iphone and iPad deleted both apps

No because it won't connect to the app

Yup update carried out as per instructions and the remote connects to the aircraft and will allow me to fly and film.

Morning all.i updated my firmware and I'm now wishing I hadn't.the controller won't connect to the app and the light is constantly flashing red and green.ive checked the aircraft file and it confirms its at the latest firmware.any help appreciated
