Clean the USB-C port of your S10. Most likely there is acummulated lint/dust on the bottom of the port preventing the cable plug from going in all the way. Deep enough for charging but not deep enough for data transfer.

That firmware is for the Phantom 3 Standard. You need P3A_FW_V01.11.0020.bin for the Advanced ! Download link: https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/phantom-3-adv#firmware

The original DJI car charger for the Phantom 4 is a 90W charger (5A). That's nonsense. There's is NO circuit between the car battery and the power plug/cigarette lighter plug to limit the current other than a fuse. How else could you connect all sorts of equipment to it, like Lights, airpumps...

That's exactly what his car charger is doing (NO DC-AC conversion). A KIA Picanto has a 15A fuse for each the 12V Power Outlet & Cigarette Lighter (2 x 180W).

The Phantom 4 Pro v2 has waypoint capabilites in the DJI GO 4 app, and yes, you can take either video or photos at waypoints. Search YouTube for "dji phantom 4 pro waypoints tutorial" or you can buy and intstall "Litchi" if you want to create waypoint missions from the comfort of your PC...
