I have both the quad and the remote back on the same firmware version, but now I'm back to my original problem of the transmitter battery not charging completely and discharging quickly.
My transmitter would not connect to the aircraft and I thought it was because there was a difference in firmware between the two. I'm pretty they are still different, but I did just re-link the controller to the aircraft and now they will connect. Still no luck getting the transmitter to update...
I was having an issue with my Phantom 4 remote not completely charging and the remote battery running down quickly. After some research I found out it could possibly be a firmware issue and it was recommended that I back down to the previous firmware. I did that and it seemed to fix the issue...
I got my Phantom 4 almost 2 weeks ago, flies great and I love it. I bought a new Samsung 8" Tab A to use with it.
Here's my problem;
I always power the transmitter on first and make sure the DJI Go 4 app is open. Then I power the Phantom up. Rarely does the app show a connection on the first...
I just got my P4 Monday. I've been reading here and watching YouTube videos, but where is the best place to find straight forward instructions for navigating through all the camera settings and the Go app?
Thanks in advance!
I understand that, but these companies are automated beyond belief these days. My biggest gripe though was the ridiculous amount of time it took the chat operator look up what should have been a simple answer. Within a couple of minutes of ordering it on Amazon I had a delivery date and it is 6...
I wondered the same thing. I read what went into their refurb units and it seemed like a good way to go. You would think they would have one on the shelf and ready to go.
This past Sunday I placed an order for a refurbished Phantom 4 from the DJI Store for $799. The order went through and I thought that sometime Monday I would see a shipping date, but nothing. I emailed and even tried the DJI Chat function through the site but I was 138th in line. Today I tried...
I'm not a new quad pilot by any means, just new to DJI. I read in this thread about people hand catching to prevent dust kick up on the camera and fan. Are you doing this to prevent half the dust, because you are kicking it up on take off?
New Phantom pilot here. I started a few years ago with a Blade 350QX then moved up to a Yuneec Q500+. I was ready for a change and have been looking at the Mavics. I liked the compact size and portability of the Mavic but after considering how compact the Phantom 4 was compared the Yuneec and...
