It wasn't that windy on the ground so i didn't think think it would be too windy at a higher altitude.

It appears we have the same issue here.. My copter has not updated and i've never seen any .txt file as has been said. Did you manage to sort your issue out.

I really hope that is not the case because I followed the instructions religiously, using only the firmware from the dji downloads page.
