There is no doubt that 60 fps gives you more room to adjust speed later, but there is a much bigger issue. The frame rate has a lot to do with the final look you are trying to achieve. If you want the broadcast TV, hyper-realistic look to your images, then the higher the frame rate the better...

The thing about these stories involving drones dropping off contraband in prisons just amazes me. How in the world could guards not notice a drone flying into the prison? Somehow I think they need to tighten up their security a bit. It's not like we have stealth drones.

I have never had an issue with H.264 files in Premiere. Not sure what it could be. H.265 can cause issues but I've gotten around all of those. Do the clips play in something else like VLC?
