New Video up on YouTube. Check it out tell what you think.

Well, that's a beautiful bit of scenery that you filmed. Most of your video was great, but I'd suggest that you eliminate any snippets that are extremely short. You had several in there that were so quick that anything worth looking at there was gone before the users could really appreciate...

    DGI GS Pro vs Litchi

I'm real familiar with DJI Go. Recently, I downloaded both Litchi and DJI GS Pro. I've read both manuals and have done a flight or two with each of these two apps. I'd love to hear from anyone who is real familiar with both DJI GS Pro and Litchi. How do they compare to you? What are your...

DJI Go Editor Not Working on iPad, works on iPhone

Thanks alok. I did, using a 13 second clip. It works OK on the iPhone, still nothing on iPad. I also tried deleting and then reinstalling the app, and then rebooting the iPad. Still no luck. And, my iPad is 2 releases above the minimum operating system that the app says it needs. Sigh . ...

DJI Go Editor Not Working on iPad, works on iPhone

I'm unable to get to the Editor on my iPad, but I can do so on my iPhone. However, since I typically fly using the iPad, any video that I take there is not accessible to the iPhone. On the iPad, I can see the movies that I've taken, I can cut them using that tool, but after saving, when I...

    Mounting iPad on my controller

Thanks for that idea, rge. Unfortunately, even that was not enough. It's still about 1/2 inch too short, and I can see the "stops" on the fully extended top holder preventing it from moving up any further. It's gone as far as it will go. If you saw another post on this, there is an extension...

    Mounting iPad on my controller

While I agree that the holder seems a bit flimsy for the size & weight of my iPad, I tried using my iPhone 6 just to see the FPV quality. It feels to me to be risky using that - too easy to miss something in the smaller display. The iPad makes everything SO clear. As I responded above, I...

    Mounting iPad on my controller

Absolutely. The manual even gives the max size of the standard holder to be under 7 inches, while the landscape orientation of my iPad is just over 7 inches high. See the note above - there's a company that makes an extension, and I ordered one. Thanks for responding, all advice is appreciated.

    Calibrating Compass

Thanks for the nice words, Oso. I'm one of those folks that reads all the manuals as soon as I open the box. In this case, I read them all while waiting from my drone to get shipped here. All those tips are quite valuable and I'm having great fun with my new drone while taking things very...

    Mounting iPad on my controller

I just got my Phantom 3 advanced and love it. One problem is mounting my iPad on the controller. My iPad is 7.25 inches high while the holder extends to just below 7 inches. In order to make things work, I'm using a small bungee cord (see the photo). But I wonder if anyone else has a better...

    Calibrating Compass

I'm new with my Phantom 3 Adv and have a question about compass calibration. The manual says that the compass should be calibrated anytime I move the take off point to a new location. My unit seems to not need that - each time I turn it on, it tells me that the home point has been set and the...
