I know Palm Springs is a no fly zone due to the airport, but I have also read some of the local parks have banned drones. I'm curious if any of your know the best (or at least legal) places to fly within 30 minutes of Palm Springs. I'll be here for 10 days or so.
Thanks!
I have insured my drone with State Farm... covers loss, theft, damage, repairs. Covered my brand new P4A for a whole $36 per year. I'm not affiliated with this group in any way and have never set foot in their office.
Used State Farm in Bellevue where the agent is a fellow drone pilot so no...
Awesome deal; I bought from them and have a 60 day best price guarantee from my CC company. Mine was the great Holiday deal for $1149 with a new battery. This will get some $ back. Also CC gives me an additional 2 year warranty.
Thanks for posting; a screen shot is all I need to get the money.
I agree but if my undamaged gimbal/camera is being replaced, either the product was defective or in the time between when this was manufactured and today, they have made some improvements and are willing to replace. Either way, I'm glad I sent it in.

i was at Sixty Acres in Redmond which is wide open and legal to fly as long as there are no soccer games (not until March) and met up with a couple of guys, one with a Mavic Platinum which is very quiet and the other with a Spark. Saw a demo of Litchi the Mavic guy uses which got me very...
I did the mini update and had zero connectivity issues. Still working on getting video to be smooth but I believe that’s the pilots skill more than any equipment.
Yeah but $25 each time you go there seems like a ripoff and a penalty for following the rules. I guess it beats the Seattle rules of Absolutely No Flying in any City Park
hello everyone...
Just got a Phantom 4 Advanced. I have some smaller quadcopter experience but this is certainly a leap for me. I have been reading the posts here and trying to follow the knowledge base.
I am Not flying my drone for a few days to gather up all the knowledge I can out of the...
