Thanks for the reply....that is what I suspected. I just received a pair of VR glasses that are non-Gear from Shinecon, their 2nd version. Hoping I can just route the USB to the Samsung S7 Edge in the holder....have an iPhone 6 to try also.

Hi...I've been learning Litchi and am interested in the VR mode....If I want to use that with my Samsung S7 Edge in a Gear VR do I or do I not need to connect the USB cable from the DJI P3P controller to the Samsung S7 Edge phone? There IS a USB micro port on the latest Gear VR...is that usable...

How did you take them down to 30% other than flying them?

I flew last week Philadelphia to Manchester, NH on American. Checked the P3P in its new luggage and carried on the Remote (has Li-Po battery) and (2) flight batteries. They pulled my knapsack off the belt at the TSA checkpoint and the TSA person held up one of the batteries with the green lights...

Remember you can either shoot video OR stills at a given time and you have to wait for the switch to become available again in the app to change. I would prefer to be frame-grabbing stills from a 4K video than from 1080P myself.
