I apologize in that my info on the controller is incomplete. Dronesky's link above will lead you to make sure your controller will fly the aircraft that you are thinking of purchasing. The remote for the Phantom 4 Pro V1 will fly all of the Phantom 4. The reverse is not true.

DJI has recently added fine control over the Cine mode on the Mavic 3 that allows the user to slow it to Tripod mode speeds. I would be surprised if the same settings were offered on the Air 2 / Air 2S but it could happen. The added control over the Mavic 3 in settings is a huge step forward...

Phantom 4 and Phantom 4 Pro V1 use the same controller. Phantom 4 Pro V2 uses a different model controller. The Phantom 4 and 4 Pro batteries are interchangeable but the batteries for the Pro have a larger capacity and will fly longer.....5870Ma. The original Phantom 4 batteries were 5350Ma.

Phantom 4 Pro comes with a remote that requires a phone for a screen. The Phantom 4 Pro+ comes with a remote that has a built in screen. The Nintendo Switch will not work with any model of Phantom.

I mark my bad/weak batteries and use them for updates and using the Phantom on the ground rather than wasting a cycle on one of my good batteries.
