I sent mine back for a lens problem. The phantom 4 was replaced and the new one has the same issue as you have.

If the IMU was calibrated in an upstairs room instead of on the ground floor would this cause an issue with the barometer?

I have been experiencing the same problem as everybody else. My P4 drops about 9 feet after it slows to a hover. An example of this can be seen at the end of this short video clip.

For me it is all about the final result from the camera. I have kept my P3P and just bought a P4. The still pictures from the new P4 are far sharper than the P3P and the video is more stable. So for me I am delighted with the P4

Yes it has just happened to me. I have tried all the reset procedures but it remains bricked. My supplier tells me that they will have to return it to Germany which is a bit annoying as it has just been returned from there after a 3 months warranty repair!
