What insurance requirements did they have? Did you get insurance in order to sign up? I was thinking of signing up as well but not sure about getting full Time insurance. I currently use pay by the hour insurance when needed.

My authorization also took well over the 90 day window and it was a request that conformed to the air FAA data maps for the location. I do think the majority of requests will be much faster once the system goes live.

Leaving the battery in the bird prevents dust from getting inside the compartment so I leave it in. I don’t see any downside.

My thought was to alert the realtor who contracted with them that the video was done in violation of FAA reg's. Let word get out among realtors. Educate them and let them know we do that same work legally.

You can create an LLC for very little. You can do it on your own. Register with county/state. Provides business credibility and person protection.
