I'd really like to plan a shoot where the P3A travels from one waypoint to another, where the the required altitude at the second is different than the first. Are waypoints "2D", that is just location specific, or can you plan a flight with waypoints at different altitudes?

If your home point is at a location several hundred feet below your destination to shoot (i.e. up a hill), is it true that you need to establish the elevation of the target, then add the height to ascend to in the event of an RTH? In other words, the RTH altitude is based on MSL, not AGL.

I've been learning to use filters, and flying with the camera in manual mode, and am confused about how and when you can adjust the EV value. In digital SLR land, I can do this in manual mode and even some aperture or shutter priority modes. On the P3A, I can't figure out when you can change it...

Update... I just downloaded IOS 11 and tried it: Totally awesome! I can replay the entire flight; observe the camera and aircraft settings; it records everything, even opening menus and changing things. It works seamlessly and seems to have no effect on the performance of the DJI Go app.

Wow. That sounds like the ticket. I just did some searching for IOS options and found out that IOS 11 has it built in! Not only that, with a tap of a button, you can turn on the mic and narrate what you're doing (which may help with understanding what the screen is telling you). At the rate...
