John1960, it automatically prompts me to install DJIGo 3, it will not even allow DJIGO4 to run. It's a dead stick.

Yes, it's seen as an inspire and won't connect. DJI tech help told me to send it to them.

Have been unable to rectify this issue, can someone assist with procedure for shipping to DJI? Thanks, Derek

Tried installing new FW, and had to abort mid-update... now when i connect my P4 and open DJIGO4, It prompts me to install DJIGO3, then recognizes unit as an Inspire. Have tried to reset RC, etc with no luck. Using an S8+, but have tried different devices with same result. Any...
