I'm having a very bad experience with DJI support / customer service. They do not do what they say they are going to do and the time it takes for them to process a return and send it back is at least 3 weeks. Does Anyone know who I could speak to our contact at DJI? :mad::mad::(
I was trying to find the same thing with no luck. Had to buy new remote. It would be nice to know where to get the boards they seem easy to replace. Bought new remote through DJI Online store $99 but I am having to send it back. Guess I'll get to fly this drone sometime this summer I hope. Good Luck
Thanks for the suggestions. DJI is going to replace the remote. Hope a new remote fixes the problem. I was able to fly out to around a mile before and the drone would fly up to the 400 m height limit. But gradually started losing distance so I sent it in and DJI said the remote had a bad board...

Not sure what I'm doing wrong but when Im using the Litchi app and switch to the F position and hit the H button on my screen and pull down on the right stick my P3 standard will fly back home but it doss not adjust to the RTH altitude that I have set. Am I doing something wrong?
