What drone - P3? P4? What firmware? I assume the RC?
A gotcha if it's the P4 and the latest firmware for the drone - it needs to be applied for each battery (as it's actually for the battery), so if you swap batteries you'll be prompted again.

I had that fault, but a gimbal calibration on a flat surface resolved it. Also, doesn't the latest RC firmware allow gimbal angle to be adjusted manually?

Hi. If it's new out of the box, but when you plug it into the charger the lights don't come on (but lights in other batteries do in same slot), then the battery is a dud. Sorry to say, but you'll need to return it as faulty.
