I tried changing the memory card and that seams to have fixed it, but im disappointed there is no error message to let you know the cards not working. Just for information the card was a SanDisk Exreme Plus 32 Gig with less that 30 uses, it will be going back to SanDisk. Hope my experience...

Took my p4p out today took about 10 stills and 7 short 4k video clips but when i got home there was nothing on my memory card, not a thing. I use fast SanDisk pro cards and never had a problem before, however the low res videos have downloaded to my ipad air but no photos. Just another...

So my update as promised, basically I tried everything including what dji recommended and nothing worked, so sent it back for the second time, 2 days away and it came back with a new USB module fitted and problem solved. Sent from my iPad using PhantomPilots

So after another day on the net searching for answers i finally called Heliguy and there technical team diagnosed it as a faulty USB component, not the usb itself but the electronics that make it work, it turns out they are aware of a faulty batch of controllers that had been steadily showing...
