I fly an autel evo now but used to have a p3p and used my s9+ never had a problem. This video is even edited with my s9+.. i edited 4k video with a phone. In 60fps. It definitely depends on your phones capabilities. Now the dji app may run a little smoothwr but ive never seen a difference.

I once had a screw come loose and stuck to the magnet in the motor. So as the motor turned the screw got moved around. I finally got it out but wouldn't fly with it in there obviously.. i guess what im saying is make sure its dirt or sand. Most motors are sealed or at least sealed enough dirt...

I like the idea and have even thought of it before. Lost a small nano drone on a church roof. Was gonna magnet lift it off but the roof of the church was metal.. wasnt sure if it would of taken down our little bit bigger retrieval drone.. gave it up. Lol.
