I have the Phantom 4 attached to a Samsung Galaxy S5. When I take photos they download to the S5's gallery and some of them have very high resolution and are perfect and others are low resolution and sort of blurry. I changed nothing what is happening?

They must have changed something in the latest upgrades because now I record sound on my videos with the Phantom 4 through the smartphone. I was amazed when it happened but it works. If the Drone is up to 300 feet, you're getting audio from your smartphone at the smartphone though.

I want to know how the heck you get 3000 meters from your drone??!! With my Phantom 4, I'm lucky to get 2500 feet (distance) in optimum conditions!

I had a very thin plastic protector on the bottom of my camera on my P4 and just removed it. Did that affect the flight or range at all?

It's on both my Nexus 7 tablet and my Samsung Galaxy S5. I have a 2.4 gigahertz laptop with an advanced graphics card and sometimes on that as well.

Whenever I take videos with the Phantom 4 I find purple and green lines appear every now and then and pixelation occurs. Does anyone else have these problems? Pete

I tried something similar. They have aluminum instead of copper reflectors. Didn't help much. I really think the problem is the controller.

Mine is also the GL300C. From what I've now learned on this forum, that is the worst one for range. How can I get the 300B to replace it? Will DJI help me if I complain?

I have a stock P4 and my range is really horrible. How can I find out which controller I have? 300 A, B, C, Etc? Pete

Range extenders don't help, I tried. What is your altitude? DJI told me if you have problems with video or range try going higher but unless you're at the edge of the Grand Canyon flying in a straight line of sight the best I've gotten out of my Phantom 4 for video or distance is about 800 feet!

It's frustrating because every video I watch, it does say "GO". Mine does not. Could it be the phone (Samsung S5) I'm using? The DJI GO app is up to date (except I did not upgrade a day ago until I know the latest is ok).
