If you use the 24 DBM option, but limit the RC to 20DBM, the IWINFO shows only 20DBM (in both places). is this ok? Does it mean that I modded it to 20DBM for Drone and RC as well? or the drone will work on 24 DBM? Thanks!

I downgraded to 1.5.7 and it's working fine. I lost RC connection today before I lost the video connection. In addition, I think that based on previous threads I read, it is problematic to downgrade from 1.6.8 below 1.5.7.

I second #4. I got exactly the same experience. Downgrade to 1.5.7 (Manual Downgrade Phantom 3 Standard (for FW 1.6.80 issue)) and Papatita patch, and it's much better.
