It's doing exactly as it's supposed to do; making adjustments to motor RPMs in order to keep itself on an even keel. But yes, that is pretty intelligent.

I built my own out of an old political yard sign and a wood frame. I also added a level in the center and two retractable legs so I can level it on uneven ground. It's only 18" X 18", but it keeps the camera out of tall grass and away from bare dirt.

Was it working at 4K before this happened? I've had a similar situation with mine, but then discovered the computer I was using to view the video doesn't have the guts to handle 4K video. I had to set my P3SE back to record at 1080P for my computer to be able to handle it.

I use my wife's Kindle Fire 8.9 HDX, and it works OK. Needs a sun shade.

I have had those problems when I had my phone in my pocket while using a tablet for flying. The phone has a strong enough signal to interfere with the tablet's wifi, and that causes the flight limitations and signal strength warnings.

It's a refurbished P3SE. Probably one that got traded in for an upgrade or replacement. Dji sells refurbed P3SEs for $479 on their web site. They're usually out of stock, but you can get on the notification list so they tell you when one is back in stock.
