    Also I started having issues with the live feed. It is lagging and cuts out. It started this out of the blue.

    No, I didn't buy the DJI Care. I bought it from Adorama through Amazon, so I assume the warranty applies. I was worried that if I didn't do something, I was going to lose the warranty.
