Check eBay for both the charger and controller. I had a similar scenario so I saved 25 dollars over buying from DJI for both items. I then bought a second battery for 76 dollars and its authentic DJI.

The battery will start to do the normal charging sequence then go to a 3 blink sequence in LED 1 and wont charge. Any help would be appreciated.

Its a pretty populated area with 4 neighborhoods, I have attempted everything besides going door to door.

If I stole a drone I certainly wouldn't be willing to post the serial number and look at footage to try to attempt to find the owner. Theres quite a few drones that have been found heck theres a sub section for that.
