This can normally be resolved by:
1. jumper the 2 dots in the picture below using tweezers.
2. power on phantom
3. remove tweezers when you see red and yellow LED on together.
4. connect to assistant software to re-upgrade.

This is caused by the wind. The gimbal cuts off servos when the force is abnormal. I hope DJI will fix this in the same update where they will fix the compass face north problem.

The video is taken on the concrete floor in my livingroom.
When I started up my phantom on the table after reassembly it was fine. But after I started my phantom on the floor it was all bad again, even on the table.

I think the main problem here is compass/magnetic interference. I'm experience the same behavour at startup.
Performed an reassembly of the h3-3d regarding installation of iosd mini and plastic strips, started it up on an wooden table...
