I just defined "professional" here is what the big book says:
"(of a person) engaged in a specified activity as one's main paid occupation rather than as a pastime."
so, since I make movies for a living, I guess I can use that word as I wish for whatever gear I use to do it with....

One way or another I am getting this bird in the air with usable footage. "Professional" is in the eye of the beholder and the cell footage is "good enough" for my projects and a LOT better then the dji footage. If no takers on the bit rate hack Ill just settle with the cell concept.
Where do you guys think I can find a ribbon cable that will work or how do you think best to mod the camera cable setup to get 1 foot of length from it?

LOl I am already getting another phone to take apart, remove the camera "head" from it and glue it to the p3 camera. beat you to that one LOL
and for the record guys it's NOT 60MB a sec it's 60mbit a sec. so more like 6 MEGABYTES per sec currently and the phone app is 20 Megabytes per sec. so...
It's folks like dirty bum that always have and continue to feed me and keep me going. I dearly love them because they always come to the rescue when I need some solid motive to keep going.

Phantom 3 pro is an amazing crippled machine for pro work .
It's completely crippled at 60megabit
My nexus 6p with a raw app records 4K at 200megabits, and it's fully theatrical quality and used in my upcoming movie for cutaway shots mastered in full 4K...
