Thanks for your responses! Calling the FSDO was very helpful. I also found an interactive map provided by the FAA which specifically displays special use airspace (SUA) locations and current NOTAM's in both graphical and list form: Special Use Airspace & Air Traffic Control Assigned Airspace

Hi I'm also planning a flight in special use airspace on Oahu (R3110A Schofield - Makua) and can't figure out who the contact is. Anyone have guidance on this? This large area of airspace on Oahu has been a major barrier for environmental UAV work.
