Good news, I worked with DJI on-line help. They were busy and it took over an hour and half, but they had me remove firmware 1.06 and downgrade to 1.05.0030. That seems to have resolved all issues with the exception of 1 battery still seems to be having an issue.

I recvd my P3P back from DJI warranty after they did warranty work on a transmitting error and not being able to upgrade the firmware. It appears I recvd a new camera because of the plastic protection on the lens. But cannot be sure. There was no paperwork returned on what they did.

Mine just went in for service on Friday. Some type of image processing error. The bird would still fly, just could not see any image on my tablet. Hopefully will be repaired and returned quickly.
The bird is on it's way to DJI repair. So far it has been pretty effortless. DJI emailed the shipping labels, we will see how long it takes to repair and get back to me.

I don't think it will make any difference. The FAA will make the list available to the general public.

Was out in the Arizona Desert doing some flying and found a crash site that thankfully was not my P3P. Turns out it is the crash of a Navy A-7 Corsair II that went down in the 70's.
Discovered a DIY lens cover for those of you cheap like myself. Went to Wendy's Restaurant and noticed the plastic ketchup holders would be just about the right size. Cut about 1/4 of the top off and it fits great.
