Will they hover, if you're not flying forward?

I've only been recording at 1080p, so this might not apply here, but I was having choppy, stuttering playback with mp4 format on my older windows 8.1 system. I renamed the files to .mov extension, and they play great. Didn't do anything else, just renamed the files to .mov.
