Yes it does. Drag your video files into Vegas, select them all and right click. Select 'Create Video Proxy', let it do its work and see how it goes from there.
OK so I invested in a gold plan over at Airdata to take a peek at the battery stats.
Battery 2 was flagging way more deviations. Guess which battery was in use on the day? :/

I was orbiting a lighthouse in the Hudson River. If it was the battery then maybe it will turn up in NYC in a couple of days :/

I flew a successful waypoint mission and followed it up with a simple orbit. Half way round I lost the signal and that turned out to be that. Usually when the signal drops I climb a little and regain the connection but this time there was nothing doing. I lingered hoping for a return to home but...
I thought I'd share my close dabble with disaster this week as a warning to all excited, yet inexperienced pilots out there.
The plan was to visit a local waterfall and capture some shots from its base all the way to the top and beyond!
The terrain was rocky and generally uneven at the bottom...
I too have the shield. My start up routine is as follows:
1] Tablet is powered up, attached to the controls and the USB cable is plugged in.
2] Power up the controls - DJI Go set to autolaunch (or just launch the app)
3] Power up the P3.
4] The app then connects and away I go!
