What works everytime for me is to turn on debugging in the samsung settings go to usb mode and switch it to RNDIS plug in the usb when the app appears it will go to camera view after a few seconds.

I use tab a and tab s2. With both i had issues of not connecting or choppy video. What worked for me is Force close all aps Put in aircraft mode Close wifi Go into settings If developer option not available go into about tablet Tap build # seven times Go back to settings open developer options...

PS I believe it will work with all Android devices.

Depends on the type of plastic DJI uses and the lockTite used. I have found Locktite 425 to work well on plastic but have not used on the drone.

I use the Samsung S8+ with no issues, I have also used the Samsung tab S2 9.7 without issue. I am using DJI Go app 3.1.28.
