Check your main controller settings. Although you may have beginner's mode disabled, you may have Max Distance enabled which limits flight to a distance of your choosing. Sent from my iPad using PhantomPilots

This happened to me. In my case, I attempted to turn off my battery after a flight. Unknowingly, I didn't. The phantom was loaded back into the case and not checked on for several hours. I retrieved the case from my trunk hours later to find an extremely hot case, phantom and battery. I believe...

Contact DJI support. They can tell you how to get your Phantom to them for repairs. See how that goes. Sorry this has happened to you.

When this happens to me I tap the three dots at the top right and a few options become available. Click the web view option and when that view appears click the play arrow for the video. Works every time.
