Hi all, I am travelling to Sao Paulo next week and wanting to bring my drone. Does anybody have any experience of bringing drones into Brazil?

I bought the P4 Pro, first ever drone and had a minor crash on my second flight. I was in beginner mode with all obstacle avoidance options turned on. I was trying to fly into an underground car park where I live, more to practice maneuvering. I was going down the ramp, only about 1 meter off...

Has anybody with IMU issues tried it out yet?

I have read that there is to be a firmware release on Monday to correct the calibration problems, has anybody else heard this?

Just a quick update for everyone else having the same problem, I am having to send mine back to DJI under warranty. I have told them that they either give me a brand new unit or refund the order, I will not accept a repair on something that has never worked.

Can I fly it when it keeps failing calibration?

Did you update the firmware via dji go app? Mine tells me that my firmware is up to date

did you wait until the lights stopped flashing before moving it?

now I am being told that its because I am not using a support device

I cannot complete the IMU calibration, I keep getting the same error. Can anybody advise?

I have went through the start procedure but it remains disconnected. The green light is on both the controller and the drone so I am guessing that the 2 are paired.

Somehow they have lost both parcels, the drone and the spare batteries. Judging by DJI's customer service I am expecting a long wait to actually receive it, maybe I should cancel the order and order from a supplier with stock.

Is the app simply used as the interface or does it function as the brain providing the processing power for the intelligent flight functions etc

My order is showing at shipped but I have not received tracking info, they said it will be a few days. Is this normal? Also, they have put the money back into my account, a little confusing to say the least.

I am just going to go for the Pro. I need a new phone anyhow so it makes sense financially.
