Help, I cant connect

I have went through the start procedure but it remains disconnected.

The green light is on both the controller and the drone so I am guessing that the 2 are paired.

Restart everything and see if you get a connection notice.

What tablet or phone is on the controller? Had a devil of a time getting a newer Samsung tablet to work...
