Issue still not fixed. Shipped to dji support for repair.

Dji support now says it is a known issue and a firmware update will be released tomorrow that will fix this issue. Got my fingers crossed.

After removing the dji go 4 app and reload, maps do not display again after first flight. Help :(

Yes cache map on and also have good wifi internet access.

Yes I do that and it only works once after the reinstall. When I shut down and restart everything after the first flight the map is grayed out again.

After another reinstall and relink controller now is much better.

Yes I did updated the controllers but I did not re-link the controllers.

I have two phantom 4's. After the upgrade both have intermittent video feed drops and the recording stops. Any ideas?

Update froze at 99%. Video and gimbal had intermittent failures. Re did the upgrade using assistent 2 app. All looks okay now.

Yes. I've sent it in for repair. I'll let you know how that goes.

The temperature was 56 degrees. The battery was fully charged at takeoff and after crash it was at 45%. No bullet holes. That would be terrible if the crash was caused by the battery became disconnected . There should be know way for that to happen [emoji37]
