I think you have tried this, disconnect the battery for a few minutes (around 10) then reconnect it and put it on the charger. While you have the battery out mark down all the numbers you see on it just in case you have to buy a new battery. Good luck.

I have a p4 and when I want to take a picture I have to manually turn off the video and change it to camera take the shot and turn video back on.

You can do it on Litchi.

I plan the mission in Litchi then fly it in VLM app (Virtual Litchi Mission) you can get it quite accurate using this. The next thing is you can interpolate your camera so as to show only the area you want and at the angle you want. The great thing about Litchi is if you can walk the flight path...
