Yes I would lose both and then it would return to home. The old controller was from my first P3se, got a replacement P3se and didn't like the old controller I guess! Sent both in and received my P3se with a new controller.. No explanation!

Yes they replaced my controller, and I have no more losing signal and drone returning home. I would lose video and transmission.. Hope this helps!

Correction on my post they replaced my controller. My bad

Sent my Phantom back to DJI, back in 7 days. With new controller. They did not say if it was controlled, I'm assuming it was. Flys great now, use two batteries no problem. 2700ft I'm happy now! Thank you all for helping

I was and sent mine in to DJI for them to take a look at it. It's still under warranty, it had the issue since day one.. Will post on their findings..

I also tried a lot of the things for from this post. Thus is the second p3se, dji sent this one after I had crashed my first, (care refresh helped). I fly it the same as I did my first. Deleted app and will try again soon with reinstalled app.

I have the same thing happening, fly time limited could happen 50ft, 100ft, 396Ft. But starts to return to home which is a good thing. Tried linking the controller a couple of times but still. Still watch on form for help.

I'm in California, tried fly at the beach away from interference, linked the controller again, new 64 gig card formatted and still after a few minutes this time at max Alit. 396ft. Start get Transmission lost signal Return to home. Even at 10-20ft still giving Transmission lost and screen locked ..

Yes straight up just like the first P3se i had, even use the extender to see if it would help and it would not. Will try again in a few days. But this is not like the first P3se. Doing nothing different.

That is my issue, and have gone to a lake without any interference, i guess I should contact DJI?

I keep getting return to home after loosing transmission signal, thought it was wifi interference. went out to a lake and did good but still have the problem. Not fly high or far close to home. Anybody with any idea's on what it could be? This is a care refresh Drone, my first one crashed...
