wemt thru Amazon...they sent me to DJI...now DJI wants me to send them the battery so they can "investigate" re: Warranty. The thing NEVER turned on. It hasn't been activated EVER. C'mon DJI
Ps... we just returned and she loves the drone. Too bad the battery is dead:) thanks to everyone for the help. Also... ordering “care” package for 1 year. Why is care for standard 4 so much more expensive than p4p or advanced? Like $60+ more... ouch
Nothing. Held button for 1+ minutes... nothing. Put in drone and held button... nothing. Tried both on and off the charger... nothing. I think the battery has never worked. So much for QC. Controller charged up great.
I’m using what came in the styrofoam box with the drone. Everything’s marked Djibouti so I assume it’s the right equipment. This is why I shouldn’t buy things on from amazon. We were supposed to have a lesson tomorrow so I guess that’s off...ugh.
Newbie here. Just purchased P4 for wife's real estate biz. thought I was buying from Amazon but apparently reseller. Any way to get an extended warranty? doesn't look like the dji site it selling the P4 (standard) warranty...maybe I should have gotten a P3 Pro.... ideas/suggestions? still not...
