Vision Sensor Error after FW Update P4Pv2 / Unable to calibrate
After the recent firmware update of V01.00.2200 for my P4Pv2, I now get a vision sensor error showing up for all vision sensors. So I have tried to do the vision sensor calibration to try and fix this. However when I get to the...
Love this clip about frame rates, now is very clear to me the why and the what for of frame rate choices. I think 30fps and 60fps are ok if your doing faster flying shots etc for a particular affect, but is using faster fps simply trying to fix another problem, which is simply compensating for...
Next couple of weeks!! We need these for the mapping functions so why did they bother to release the P4 Pro v2 without even their own GS Pro app to use with it? Its basically just a manually flyable copter now with very basic functions.
I can confirm that the P3 HDMI module will not fit into the P4 Pro v2. The P4 Pro V2 only has one ribbon connector at the bottom same as the P3 HDMI board, but the other two connectors are not ribbon connectors and are jack plugs and sockets similar to Lipo battery balance port plugs .
What is a bit more of a concern NoOne is that it seems you need to spend a bit more time to read the DJI manual fully before flying. I would recommend this first.
Yes I got it to don't worry about that, I am sure everyone does to some extent. I hate dirty hands and coffee grinds in the bottom of the sink to mention a few. :)
Its mostly noticeable if you descend to fast. But these Ph3s have different motors now so it may not happen on the Ph3 so easily...
I have learned something from you today sir! Thanks for the great insight which I can clearly see is more about coming from your experience than the "certification" I agree on your comment " I have learned certifications are typically worth the paper and ink it took to print them" I have been...
haha. you got OCD real bad man! I had quite a few bad crashes from using those prop guards on my Ph2s when it descended in go home mode and the extra weight was enough to make it toilet bowl and then become unrecoverable. I am always nervous about them now. However since then DJI did replace my...
I love it when people refer to themselves as "certified"! :) as if we need not question it any further. Sorry no offense though and I was not in anyway counter commenting your report and agree with your comments fully. . I think the misunderstanding is I had mean that the screws would likely be...
I live in the tropics as well and have had Ph2 for around 3 yrs and most don't have any cracks, but I don't think we are referring so much to hot climates or a 5-10C difference here, but more about the hotter working temperature of these new motors and with using 4S batteries.
There seem to be...
Ok so that's about 67 flight for each battery correct?
This is well outside our "very nervous" zone. On the 3 cell Ph2 batteries we find they can randomly drop the charge very quickly and suddenly without any notice after around 45-50 cycles and the copter just descends with no control.
We...
Cheap is to add these to the udnerside of the motor arm mounts
Firstly its a high probability that when you shift the stress away from the original motor mount screw posts to the outer plate the stress cracks will no longer occur.
Secondly, even if it does crack its not going to matter a...
