    Hello Spen I don't know if it's the same or not but once happened to me that it would never take off and actually it would pushdown really hard! At that time it was a wrong assembly of the top-shell. so somehow when I opened before I haven't follow the right position assembling the upper top...

    Wow reading this is EXACTLY what happened to me few days ago but without any antenta (just the Zenmuse installed on my phantom 1)....I lost the Zenmuse it doesn't look like having broken parts but once I plug it in nothing happens...(the gopro still OK) now I try to fly the phantom and flies...
