Sorry to say I tried all the above with no change in results. I found this thread with others having the same issue with other versions of iPad. "Hardware Decoding" option is gone? Seems that iPhones don’t have the problem because they have a better chip? No help from DJI that I have seen

Thanks for the tips. I disabled the video caching during shooting, but have not done any of the others. I will check those out.
