I'm guessing it's a mixture of aspect ratio (4:3, 16:9, etc) and resolution (720x540, 1920X1080, etc) as these settings affect the screen size and image size. So maybe your footage is shot at different settings and/or your render/upload settings are different in the clips. Or maybe you zoomed...

Ahh, got it. I see when I open it in editing software the RAWs are showing as 4k x 3k. Thanks.

A JPEG image with my P4 is 4000x3000 and around 5MB. A RAW/DNG image is 960x720 and 23MB. The RAW image captures more information hence the bigger file size but why is it smaller and presumably I'll lose detail if I want to include it in a 4K timeline as a still. Or am I missing something?

My Huawei P10+ has screen recording as a built-in option. If I was using another Android, I'd use the AZ Recorder app.
