Here they are! There was a bolt put in the wrong spot. One that holds the metal piece that holds the gimbal to the bird. You can see it in the pics at the back of the battery tray on the bottom left. Switched them out and battery slid in fine. And got the reinforcement plates on. First Pic...

Like the title states, I cant get my battery to slide in and "lock" like it did before. I had a friend do my shell swap for me and he said everything went together fine. I attached some pics and if anyone could look at them to see if anything looks off. I also added a pic of the stress cracks...

Thanks guys! I will take a lot of pics once I get the New shell and reinforcement plates and start the install. And I haven't flown since I found my cracks, kinda heartbreaking but I'd rather not do anymore damage than I already have.

Long story short, I bought a used P3S a month or two ago, and fell in love with flying. So after logging I'd say around 50 Flights. I've been searching and reading about stress cracks and seeing my bird have some. And one of my motors seems loose compared to the other 3. It still flew alright...

Around a month, and LOVE it!!!!
