Ah I’m on iOS 11.3.1, I actually think an easy fix would be to buy an old phone just to run the app !!

I appreciate that but my problem is the app won’t download to my iPhone 6S hence fitting an after market camera with its own WiFi Unless there is a workaround to getting the App ??
